Bear’s Hotshot Express operates as a DBA of Blind Squirrel LLC. All trucking services are subject to separate agreements, DOT regulations, and insurance terms. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or events beyond our reasonable control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Wayne County, Michigan.
